Device & Display Settings

Open the settings deck () to access per-device settings (stored on this device, not your account):

  • Cue Marker — reading aid: Off, Indicator (triangle pointer), or Spotlight (gradient mask)
  • Mirror Mode and for beam splitters
  • High Contrast — maximizes text/background contrast

Save & Apply Global Defaults

In the Controls tab of the settings deck:

  • Set as Global Default — saves your current font, speed, line height, margin, caps, sentence break, timer, and contrast as your personal defaults

Set Up Multi-Screen

  1. Click the Screens button (top-right cluster)
  2. Click Start Session — the button pulses amber while waiting for connections
  3. Scan the QR code or copy the viewer link to other devices
  4. When displays connect, the button turns green with a count badge

The operator (your device) controls playback. Viewers are read-only displays that follow along.

Adjust per-screen settings: Click a screen entry to set its font size, line height, margin, flip mode, and cue marker independently. Enable Clean Display to hide the viewer's control bar entirely — useful during live takes.

Identify screens: Click the ID button next to "Connected Viewers" to flash large numbers on all displays.

Use Your Phone as a Remote

  1. Click the Remote button (top-right cluster)
  2. Scan the QR code on your phone — no login required
  3. The remote gives you: play/pause, fast-forward/rewind (hold to scrub), previous/next marker, reset, speed slider, and a script-switching menu

Multiple phones can connect. Remote controllers are separate from viewer screens.
