Fix a Script That Won't Save

  1. Check your internet connection — you must be online to save
  2. If on Free plan, check if this script is over your 2-script limit (read-only scripts can't save)
  3. Check you have edit access (not view-only)
  4. Try clicking Save manually
  5. Clear your browser cache and try again

Fix a Teleprompter That Won't Load

  1. Make sure the script has content — empty scripts can't load
  2. If on Free plan, check if the script is over-limit (blocked from teleprompter)
  3. Try disabling browser extensions
  4. Use a modern browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari

Fix Multi-Device Sync Issues

  1. Make sure all devices are online
  2. Verify all devices joined the same session
  3. Try leaving and rejoining the session
  4. Only the operator device can control playback — check you're on the right one
  5. If the viewer stays on an old script after the operator switches, reconnect the session

Offline Edits Didn't Sync

When you reconnect after editing offline, a conflict dialog asks which version to keep if the same script was also edited on the server. If edits silently disappear, check Settings → Preferences → Offline Storage for sync status.

Fix Payment Issues

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing to update your payment method (opens Stripe)
  2. Check your email for payment failure notifications
  3. There's a grace period before access is suspended
  4. Contact support if issues persist
